3. Must have proper credits / acknowledgements / reciprocal links (very FEW of us are artsy/crafty enough to have created ALL of the graphics we use on our websites -- I salute those of you who do -- and to those of you who don't, just please give credit where credit is due)

4. I am honored when sites from other countries apply for my award but if none of it is in English, then I won't be able to read or understand it, and therefore cannot adequately judge it for an award.
